You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. You have to take care of all of the cows. The government gives you as much milk as you need.
BUREAUCRATIC SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and put them in a barn with everyone else's cows. They are cared for by ex-chicken farmers. You have to take care of the chickens the government took from the chicken farmers. The government gives you as much milk and eggs as the regulations say you need.
FASCISM: You have two cows. The government takes both, hires you to take care of them and sells you the milk.
PURE COMMUNISM: You have two cows. Your neighbors help you take care of them, and you all share the milk.
RUSSIAN COMMUNISM: You have two cows. You have to take care of them, but the government takes all the milk.
CAMBODIAN COMMUNISM: You have two cows. The government takes both of them and shoots you.
DICTATORSHIP: You have two cows. The government takes both and drafts you.
PURE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. Your neighbors decide who gets the milk.
REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. Your neighbors pick someone to tell you who gets the milk.
BUREAUCRACY: You have two cows. At first the government regulates what you can feed them and when you can milk them. Then it pays you not to milk them. Then it takes both, shoots one, milks the other and pours the milk down the drain. Then it requires you to fill out forms accounting for the missing cows.
PURE ANARCHY: You have two cows. Either you sell the milk at a fair price or your neighbors try to take the cows and kill you.
LIBERTARIAN/ANARCHO-CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull.
SURREALISM: You have two giraffes. The government requires you to take harmonica lessons.

largest train in the world
Zouerat is the longest train in the world. The iron ore train carry thousands of tons of crusehed rock in a chain of wagons up to three kilometres long. Their schecules and frequencies depend partly on the speed of the extraction at the mines, and even in the past, attacks by Polisario guerillas from over the border in Western Sahara.
There are 3 or 4 diesel-electric General Motors 3300V locomotives at the head of the train and about 200 cars each carrying up to 84 tons of iron ore, and a variable number of service cars. The total traffic averages 16.6 billion tons per year. Travelers' cars are also occasionally transported by train; these services are managed by an SNIM subsidiary, the ATTM Society (Société d'assainissement, de travaux, de transport et de maintenance). Passenger cars are sometimes attached, but more often passengers simply ride atop the ore cars.

air parks
Located in Ocala, Florida, Jumbolair is probably the best known fly-in community in the world. One of the first purchasers in the development was actor John Travolta who keeps his own Boeing 707 in his garage. Jumbolair contains America's largest private airstrip, but it’s not the only airpark in the country. According to the "Living With Your Plane" Association, there are about 430 airparks with a total of 22,000 home sites in the United States. Here you will see some interesting examples: 1. Jumbolair and Travolta's homeJumbolair is a luxury fly-in residential in Florida with several million-dollar homes and the longest private airstrip in the country. In its 550 acres, 125 families use to fly their particular planes along the 7,550-foot runway. According to CNN, its most popular neighbour, actor John Travolta, is considered an extremist even among aviation buffs. He's the only private citizen in the U.S. to own and operate a Boeing 707, a former commercial airliner. He employs a cockpit crew of six, who along with Travolta wear navy-blue uniforms and jaunty white caps. John Travolta is qualified in several types of single and multi-engine aircraft, and has the highest pilot medical certification possible. His house is located immediately off the main airstrip, and is designed so his jets can taxi right up to two outbuildings connected to the main structure, which is shaped like a squat air-control tower. "He uses the 707 as the family van," says Jumbolair developer Terri Jones. "The Gulfstream is his sports car." 2. A plane in every garage Residential airparks have proliferated in recent years in the US. Exact numbers are difficult to obtain, but since the first opened in California more than 60 years ago, over 500 have been built, and in all but four states, says Dave Sclair, founder of Living With Your Plane. A brief look through Google Maps into airparks like the one in Cameron (California) will show you that in some neighborhoods, people park airplanes rather than minivans in garages attached to their homes. In many cases, roads are dual-use for both, cars and planes. This issue has become extremely controversial at a number of residential airparks, but in all these years, only one serious accident occurred: when a taxiing airplane and a bicycle collided on a taxiway. The youngster riding the bike was killed. Most airpark communities are located in warmer Southern states - Florida is a popular location - and in rural areas. Some are situated at airports where nonresident pilots are permitted to land their aircraft. Others reserve landing rights for residents only. They range in size from a few small houses near a landing strip to full neighborhoods with multimillion-dollar houses built near runways able to accommodate private jets. The houses are built on runways. Step into the garage, taxi your plane onto a grass or paved airstrip, and 10 minutes later you're airborne.Since 9/11, safety and security have become touchy topics in residential airpark communities. Airpark residents are quick to counter this argument, saying their communities are far safer than most small airports because the airplanes are kept close to people's homes. Many people move to airparks simply to spend more time with their airplanes, but it’s not the only reason for residing at an airpark. For others, air parks are simply an extension of the American obsession with the open road. But perhaps, the most important reason for all is to experience that freeedom feeling: being able to fly wherever and whenever you want.

Beluga
The Airbus Beluga (Super Transporter) is a version of the standard Airbus A300 wide-body airliner, modified to carry aircraft parts and over-sized or awkward cargo. It was officially called the Super Transporter at first, but the name Beluga became popular and has now been adopted as official. It is used to transfer pieces of other airplanes, even whole cabins. It is used to transfer industrial machinery or components of Space stations as well: The Beluga's freight compartment is 7.4 metres in diameter and 37.7 metres long; maximum payload is 47 tons. 2. Antonov An-225The Antonov An-225 is a strategic airlift transport aircraft which was built by Antonov, and is the world's largest powered aircraft. It measures 84 meters in length (11 more than the A380) and his lifting capacity is of 250 tons. Antonov are used for the transport of very heavy loads , as train wagons...big trucks...and even Skycranes! The design, built to transport the Buran orbiter, was an enlargement of the successful An-124 Ruslan. Mriya (Мрія) means "dream" (inspiration) in Ukrainian.3. Boeing 747 Shuttle CarrierThe Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) are two extensively modified Boeing 747 jetliners that NASA uses to transport a space shuttle orbiter. The SCAs are used to ferry space shuttles from landing sites back to the launch complex at the Kennedy Space Center, but on August 12, 1977, the first free flight by the prototype space shuttle orbiter Enterprise was successfully flown at NASA's Dryden Center. 4. Giant planes comparisonFinally, a special mention to other sky giants as the "Spruce Goose", Lockheed C-5 Galaxy or Myasishchev VM-T. Here you can check the giant planes comparison from Wikipedia.

largest drain hole in the world
The distance from the funnel to the exit point - which is situated in the south side of the canyon - is about 700 feet.

This type of spillway is basically a giant cement funnel. The hole's largest diameter is 72 feet and narrows to about 28 feet.According to Davis Wiki, "for obvious reasons, swimming near the glory hole is both prohibited and stupid. There are buoys strung across the lake to discourage boaters and swimmers from approaching the glory hole and the dam. Furthermore, the glory hole is well fenced off from the land."."During the drier months, when Lake Berryessa's water level is well below the rim of the glory hole, skateboarders and bikers sometimes use the spillway's horizontal exit as a half-pipe”.Finally, you can take a look at the hole on Google Maps:More info and sources: 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5 Other drain holes (updated from reddit and Fogonazos comments)Langelsheim (Germany) Harriman Dam, Vermont - New England (USA)Turquoise lake, Colorado (USA)Benagéber, Valencia (Spain)San Roque Lake, Cordoba (Argentina)

emia; strategies
Al DiGuido believes that irrelevant email is simply spam (I hope block lists don't agree). Any email that does not satisfy the subscriber's implied need when s/he signed up, is spam. In actuality, subscribers routinely ignore irrelevant email, and when the email gets excessive, they unsubscribe. Information overload is a clear and present reality. You are doing your customer no favors by sending them irrelevant emails, and you are also probably losing money if you outsource sending on a per email basis.
Generate Returns, Don't Focus on Design Alone
Still on the theme of irrelevant emails, marketers should focus on their content over their email's creative design. Small operators don't really have problems on this score. If they have content, they put it in; if they don't have content, they will probably lack a serious budget for creative.
Big web sites with a marketing team or which outsource email copy and creative to an ad agency, should monitor indicators which let them know whether the emails are affecting the bottom line positively or negatively. The team responsible for creating the message must be accountable for the ROI (Return on Investment). The investment means man hours expended, and salaries and payments received. The return is the amount of sales. If the ratio of return to investment is less than one you are probably better off without your current messaging team (retrain or fire them).
The fact is, some email is for branding, sort of like Super Bowl advertisements. Your sales won't jump the day after (unless you have a very special offer) so the ROI is terrible in the short term, but everybody knows you and you are in their minds the next time they want to buy your next product. Some email campaigns are like that, but it's not every company that can afford Super Bowl advertisements. Emails are much cheaper, but if the major purpose of your email campaign is to increase sales and it's just serving as a branding tool, then your goals and your achievements are out of alignment (change the messaging team leader).
If you have a handle on what I have written so far, you will probably have a lot of work to do. So keep these points in mind: content over creative, measure ROI, avoid irrelevant emails. That's three.
Now I will go into some other points concerning email strategies that require a little more day to day managing than these first three, and are more in line with production companies that have email advertising. You can only do these if you have a team who handles your email messaging and who also keeps in touch with your customer service section.

- Electronic Customer Relations Management (Page 4 of 4 )
If you have someone who is really good at customer service, you'd better hold them and never let them go. Some people (like me) have to learn customer service the hard way (continuous feedback, win some lose some). Some individuals are just gifted in service, and email services is the only way that CRM can go on. The most important thing is "response time," the lag between the time the customer makes a complaint and the time you fix his/her problem. Now imagine all the emails and questions you will have to ask and answer in between. Frankly if I had something about myself I could repair overnight, it would be my customer relations skills specifically relating to response time (production and marketing are pretty much what I specialize in).
Your messaging team are probably great with sales copy and content, and think the creative is "cool," but what do they do when a complaint comes in? Complaints are what service is all about. Various web sites have different ways to handle complaints; some use forums, others use a system of tickets and FAQs, with email as a last resort. The basic beginner's way is "send email to webmaster@whodunit.com."
Most of the time, your marketing and your customer relations may be separate teams with different objectives. Customer service should have knowledge of the marketing operations and vice versa. It's not only that customer relations should continually communicate with service providers and marketers; a breakdown in this communication could have marketing making promises production cannot meet, now leaving customer relations with an insurmountable problem.
This is especially the case with service companies (SEO especially). The marketers promise top rankings, but the providers can't guarantee anything (much less with sand box rankings). So the customer gets frustrated and starts lodging complaints; customer relations relays the complaints while trying to placate the customer with "we are working on it." Service providers immediately tell their in house customer relations "forget it, we can't meet those demands or those deadlines."
This puts customer relations in a fix, because they cannot tell the customer (with whom they are communicating via email) the truth, which is "sorry, no can do." The customer is probably sending emails daily (especially if an initial deposit has been made). Customer relations asks management what to do, and management either offers a refund or says "handle it." If customer relations can go the refund route, the CR representative breathes a sign of relief; s/he starts the email process. If they're told simply to "handle it," customer relations is likely to stop answering customers' emails (even if s/he's a CRM genius)
If you have ever had issues with service, this is probably what went on behind the scenes (it has happened several times in organizations I have worked with and even with design teams I have managed). the two major causes of this phenomenon are unrealistic customer expectations and/or poor service. By this I mean that the service provider can do it but is taking his/her sweet time to answer. Electronic customer relations management is very important, now more than ever.
You have to plan your entire email strategy while you pay attention to just a few indices. This allows you to benchmark properly and not get bogged down by too

grandmaa
This story is an age-old story my granny used to narrate us often.. Jus remembering my granny this day being her 91st b'day..psst we do miss her a lot ..:( But anyways she taught us good morals which we follow till date..! We all used to sit arnd her in the nights n after hearing aleast a single story only then we wud go to bed...psst our kiddo's jus misses all these memorable moments in their life na..? hmmm no joint family's at all..kids in nuclear fmly jus know skool ,all sort of coaching classes n know nothing abt human values in relationships.. though i'm over 40 yrs now ,i cud still remember my dadima's story... jus wanna share wid ya all..:)
Two men both seriously ill ,occupied the same hospital room. One man's bed was near to the only window in the room. Daily for an hour he was allowed to sit up to help drain the fluid from his lungs. The other man has to spend all his time lying flat on his back.
Both the men befriended each other.Never ending talks between them abt their families, friends, places whr they visited and almost everything abt their likes and dislikes.
Every time when the man in the bed near the window cud sit up,he wud pass the time by sharing all the things he cud see outside the window. The man on the other bed began to wait for this moment daily so that he cud be enlivened by all the beauty and colours of the outside world. The man used to describe abt a lovely lake in the park whr ducks n swans played on the water, kids playing on the splashy garden amidst beautiful flowers of every colours and their sweet scent... the other man wud close his eyes n imagine the picturesque scenes he jus described..! Days n weeks passed same like this ...One day ,the nurse came to find the lifeless body of the man by the window who left heaven peacefully in his sleep. Then the man on other bed been shifted to the bed near the window .! Slowly ,painfully he raised himself to look at the real world outside the window.. oops ,it jus faced a blank wall..!! The man called out the nurse and asked her how cud his frnd had described such wonderful things outside this window..?
The nurse responded him saying the man was blind and cudn't even see the wall!
What wud hv compelled him to say such things? " He asked. She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."
Moral of the story..: Whatever be the situation , make sure that ur happiness lies in making others happy.. Sharing grief will make them sorrow whereas happiness is doubled when shared! You are rich when you hav all these qualities n no money can buy all these qualities in you..!! We all love you grandma..:):)
